I hate being this person, but I’ve been had by 3 people this year, saying that something was broken when it arrived, and of course, it was because of my negligence. I disagree. However, now I do take pictures before I ship, and of the packed product, because it’s been assumed that if something arrives broken or damaged, I will allow them to keep the item, and return their payment.
